DESCRIPTION
The purest expression of the classic margarita. Clean, balanced, and refined, allowing the tequila to remain the true star of the cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Toro de Lidia Tequila (Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, or Extra Añejo)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau or similar)
- 0.25 oz agave syrup
- Fine salt for the rim
PREPARATION
Rim the glass with salt. Shake all ingredients with ice and serve chilled.
